Lac Hong University's LH - Galaxy team representing Vietnam at the 2018 ABU Asia - Pacific Robot Contest (ABU Robocon) beat the Chinese team to win the competition for the seventh time.

With six gold medals, the Vietnamese team ranked second behind the host Singapore at the 2018 Asia Pacific Mathematical Olympiad for Primary Schools (APMOPS 2018), which was held in Singapore from May 24-27.

A ten-member Vietnamese team is ready to compete in the 2017 Asian Cycling Championships, which is scheduled to take place from February 26th to March 2rd at the Bahrain International Circuit.
